Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and sliced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed sweetened milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla bean yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients for 1-2 mins until everything is liquefied. Divide the mango banana mixture evenly among 6 (3-ounce) ice pop molds. Insert the stick into each pop. Freeze at least 8 hours or up to overnight. To serve, rinse ice pop molds under cold water to release pops from molds and enjoy!
