Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and sliced
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup condensed sweetened milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla bean yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients for 1-2 mins until everything is liquefied. Divide the mango banana mixture evenly among 6 (3-ounce) ice pop molds. Insert the stick into each pop. Freeze at least 8 hours or up to overnight. To serve, rinse ice pop molds under cold water to release pops from molds and enjoy!
