Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch cilantro (stems removed)
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4  cup walnuts
  • 2 serrano peppers OR 1 jalapeno, roughly chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash cilantro and remove the stems. Place the cilantro, red wine vinegar, walnuts, peppers, garlic and slat into a blender and blend for 1 minute until everything have liquefied. Pour in tupperware and place in the fridge for up to a week.
