Ingredients:
- 1 bunch cilantro (stems removed)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 serrano peppers OR 1 jalapeno, roughly chopped
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Wash cilantro and remove the stems. Place the cilantro, red wine vinegar, walnuts, peppers, garlic and slat into a blender and blend for 1 minute until everything have liquefied. Pour in tupperware and place in the fridge for up to a week.
