ASIAN STIR FRY NOODLES
Easy, delicious and under 30 minute weeknight dinner idea that you will enjoy time and time again. I love asian flavors and these stir fry noodles is a dish, I made twice this week alone.
First, create the sauce by whisking the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Secondly, wash and chop all veggies.
Bring a medium pot of water to boil and drop 2 batches of ramen noodles into water for 6-8 minutes.
In the meantime, pour 1 tbsp of vegetable oil into a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes then add all the veggies and saute for 1 minute. Pour broth and cover for 2 minutes until veggies are steamed.
Drain the noodles and transfer them into the pan with the steamed veggies. Pour the sauce and combine everything together.
Transfer the noodles and veggies into a bowl and add garnishes. Enjoy hot!
