Avocado Crema

This creamy avocado crema is a taco’s perfect mate. No one likes a dry taco and this luscious crema adds a punch of flavor with every heavenly bite.

AVOCADO CREMA

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 avocado

Instructions

1. Place the sour cream, lime juice, garlic, avocado and salt in a food processor.  Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.  Add 1-2 of water, if you prefer a runny consistency.  
2. Transfer the avocado crema into a bowl and use as a dip or add a dollop over tacos.  Place into a small tupperware and into the fridge for about 2-3 days.  Enjoy!
