BUFFALO CHICKEN MEATBALLS
If you love buffalo wings then you will LOVE these buffalo chicken meatballs. Meaty and spicy little meatballs that is sure to get any party started. Add some toothpicks and call them fancy hors d'oeuvre. I will be sure to make these on Super Bowl Sunday as it is the perfect game day appetizers.
Let’s get started:
Preheat the oven to 400F. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet and set aside. Wash and prep the onions, garlic and cilantro. Set aside.
In a large glass bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, onions, garlic, parmesan, bread crumbs, cilantro, kosher salt & pepper.
Take a spoon full and make into small meatballs. Place them on the baking sheet and transfer into the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and carefully transfer the cooked meatballs into a medium glass bowl, pour in Frank's Red Hot and toss to coat the meatballs.
Transfer the meatballs into a platter, and insert toothpicks for easy grab and go. Enjoy!
