CHICKPEA SALAD

A simple and delicious 5 ingredient salad perfect for busy weekdays. My go to lunch that is healthy and so satisfying - its salty, lemony, creamy and crunchy. One of my favorites after a workout.

Here are the 5 simple ingredients:

1 can of 16 oz Garbanzo Beans

1 lemon

1 avocado

Cherry Tomatoes

Persian Cucumbers OR English Cucumbers
