FRESH CAPRESE SALAD W/PESTO
Wash and cut the heirloom tomatoes in hedges and mozzarella balls into 1/4" slices.
Transfer onto a platter and drizzle with good olive oil, my homemade pesto and sprinkle with Maldon flaky sea salt. Add a few fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
