Homemade Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Wash the basil leaves and pat dry. 
  2. Place all ingredients in a food process and blend until smooth on medium speed (about 2 minutes). Season with more salt, if you wish. 
  3. Place in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
