Homemade Pesto

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Instructions:
- Wash the basil leaves and pat dry.
- Place all ingredients in a food process and blend until smooth on medium speed (about 2 minutes). Season with more salt, if you wish.
- Place in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
