KALE CHIPS

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale (5 stems)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp place pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven 300F.
- Wash the kale, remove the stems and rip into small pieces. Pat dry completely with a paper towel then place on 2 baking sheets. Drizzle olive oil all over the kale and gently massage all over. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and garlic powder in the oven. Rotate the baking sheets after 7 minutes and place back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes. Make sure to keep a close eye so they don’t burn.
- Place the kale chips on a cooling rack to cool then transfer them to a bowl and enjoy!
