KALE CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale (5 stems)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp place pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven 300F.
  2. Wash the kale, remove the stems and rip into small pieces. Pat dry completely with a paper towel then place on 2 baking sheets. Drizzle olive oil all over the kale and gently massage all over. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and garlic powder in the oven. Rotate the baking sheets after 7 minutes and place back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes. Make sure to keep a close eye so they don’t burn.
  3. Place the kale chips on a cooling rack to cool then transfer them to a bowl and enjoy!
