Ingredients:
Chickpeas
- 1 can 14oz garbanzo beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
SEASONING 1:
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1-2 tbsp honey
SEASONING 2:
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Place on a kitchen towel and dry them.
- Transfer the garbanzo beans in a medium bowl and add a tbsp of olive oil and toss to combine.
- Place them on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Take half of the chickpeas and toss in seasoning 1 and the other half of the chickpeas in seasoning 2.
- Place them back to a baking sheet and place in the oven for another 5-8 minutes. Transfer in two separate bowls and enjoy!
