Ingredients:

Chickpeas
  • 1 can 14oz garbanzo beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
SEASONING 1:
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
SEASONING 2:
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Place on a kitchen towel and dry them. 
  2. Transfer the garbanzo beans in a medium bowl and add a tbsp of olive oil and toss to combine. 
  3. Place them on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Take half of the chickpeas and toss in seasoning 1 and the other half of the chickpeas in seasoning 2. 
  4. Place them back to a baking sheet and place in the oven for another 5-8 minutes. Transfer in two separate bowls and enjoy!
