BLACK BEAN HUMMUS

As temperature are rising here in Los Angeles, the last think i want to do is slave over the stove or oven to make something quick and healthy. Given we are STILL in quarantine, I pretty stocked up in my pantry with cans of beans. Decided to use one to make a black bean hummus and it was perfection!

A great way to eat up my veggies and tastes delicious too. Guilt free eating at its finest.
