ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Thanksgiving is almost upon us and I’ve been busy testing recipes before the big day! These Italian, cheesy brussels sprouts are cooked to perfection and ready to be featured on our dinner table. Can’t wait to serve this and I hope you do too. Trust me recipe is guaranteed to be a big hit!
First, wash, trim and halve the brussels sprouts and place in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil, garlic, grated parmesan, dried oregano, dried basil, salt and pepper. Combine everything together then scatter the coated brussel sprouts on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Flip every 10 minutes.
Once golden brown, transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy hot!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
