Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, deveined & tails removed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • .5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • .5 grilled lemon, juiced plus 2 quarter inch slices
  • 1 tbsp flat parsley, chopped
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, marinate the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper. Combine and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill 2 slices of sourdough bread and 1/2 a lemon. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a cast iron and place the shrimp next to one another and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Add 2 slices of lemon. Season with more salt (if desired) and sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice. Serve with sourdough bread and enjoy!
