Butter Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined & tails removed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- .5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- .5 grilled lemon, juiced plus 2 quarter inch slices
- 1 tbsp flat parsley, chopped
- 2 slices of sourdough bread, for serving
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, marinate the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper. Combine and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Grill 2 slices of sourdough bread and 1/2 a lemon. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a cast iron and place the shrimp next to one another and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Add 2 slices of lemon. Season with more salt (if desired) and sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice. Serve with sourdough bread and enjoy!
