A festive holiday treat that is incredibly easy, beautiful and sure to impress your holiday guests.

Only 4 ingredients needed:

Puff pastry
Pecans
Nutella
Egg

Unfold one sheet of puff pastry on top of the parchment paper and roll out until 12 inch in length then spread the Nutella in a tree shape.

Unfold the second sheet of puff pastry and roll out and place on top of the first sheet of puff pastry.

Cut out puff pastry in the shape of a Christmas tree. Using the reserve pieces, cut out a star using a star shaped cookie cutter and place on top of the tree.

Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut slits on both sides of the tree spacing them about 0.5-inch apart, leaving the center intact. Then, twist each strip of pastry twice or three times, pressing the ends into the baking sheet.

Whisk an egg in a small bowl and brush over the tree.
